Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vonoz.net within 10 days of delivery. Kindly note that return shipments must be sent to Switzerland, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will assess the situation and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable. This includes custom orders, made-to-measure shawls, bespoke pieces, gift cards, and items purchased on sale. Returns are also not accepted for used items, items without original packaging, or items that show signs of wear.
