Shipping Policy – vonoz cashmere
1. Worldwide Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from our atelier in Switzerland. Each order is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, service level and package size. In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered.
Please note:
- All shipping rates are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes (see below).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
vonoz does not assume responsibility for these charges, and we are unable to estimate the amount in advance.
If you refuse to pay import duties and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs and customs fees from your store credit.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Each vonoz piece is carefully prepared for shipment. Estimated delivery times:
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 4–7 business days
- Rest of world: 6–14 business days
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience for international orders.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
6. Responsibility During Transit
All shipments are insured until delivery. Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, vonoz is no longer responsible for loss or theft. If you suspect an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly or email us at info@vonoz.net.
