General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Please note: These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern all purchases and interactions made through the official online shop of vonoz cashmere (www.vonoz.net), operated by ZHF Schweiz ("vonoz", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these GTC.

  1. Scope of Application
    These GTC apply to all legal transactions conducted via the vonoz online store worldwide. We reserve the right to update these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of order placement applies and may not be unilaterally changed for that specific order.
  2. Product Information and Prices
    • 2.1 Product Descriptions
      All product images, descriptions, and materials on our website serve illustrative purposes. As most of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, weave, and finish may occur.
    • 2.2 Prices
      All prices are listed in the selected currency and include applicable VAT (where required by law). Prices do not include shipping fees, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply depending on your country of residence. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. The price stated at checkout applies.
  3. Order and Contract Formation
    By placing an order via our online store, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products listed in your cart. Once you receive an automated order confirmation email, a legally binding contract is formed between you and vonoz, subject to product availability and correct pricing.

    We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

  4. Delivery and Shipping
    • 4.1 Shipping Scope
      We ship worldwide from our locations in Switzerland.
    • 4.2 Shipping Costs and Import Duties
      Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid separately upon receipt. vonoz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
    • 4.3 Delivery Time
      Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or local holidays. Delivery times are non-binding.
  5. Returns and Exchanges
    • 5.1 Return Eligibility
      We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, email us at info@vonoz.net with your order number.
    • 5.2 Return Conditions
      • Returns must be pre-approved by vonoz.
      • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
      • Returned items must be sent to our facility in Switzerland.
      • Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
    • 5.3 Refunds as Store Credit
      vonoz does not offer cash or card refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a digital gift card (store credit) equal to the original item value (excluding shipping fees). This credit can be used for any future purchase on www.vonoz.net.
    • 5.4 Exchanges
      We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item for store credit and place a new order using the credit.
  6. Defects and Damages
    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of receipt by emailing info@vonoz.net. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
  7. Warranty
    vonoz cashmere products are handcrafted and inspected individually before shipping. As a luxury textile brand, we do not offer commercial warranties. However, we stand behind the quality of our work and will review any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
  8. Liability
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, vonoz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profits. Liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.
  9. Payment
    We accept major international credit cards and other payment methods as listed during checkout. All payments are processed securely. Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received.
  10. Intellectual Property
    All content on vonoz.net, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, is the intellectual property of vonoz or its partners and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
  11. Data Protection
    The collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.
  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    All legal relations with vonoz are subject to Swiss substantive law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
    For consumers domiciled in Switzerland, the place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. For all other disputes, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
